Healthy, tasty unique dry fruit Chiku basundi

Ingredients


1 litre milk

1/2 cup sugar

500 gram Chikku

4 NOS chopped almond

4 chopped cashew nuts

4 chopped Pista nuts

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tsp corn flour

1 tsp milk powder


Method

1.First take Chiku and wash it and peel it. Then cut into pieces. Transfer mixture jar and makes smooth paste and And Take nto a bowl.




2.Heat a pan add 1 litre milk and boil it then take 1 tbsp corn flour add in normal milk then mix well and add in boil milk and boil for 5-7 minutes. And milk become thick.





3.Then take 1/2 cup sugar in a pan sugar boil on low flame until it caramelizes. Caramelized sugar enhances the taste of basundi. And boil 3 minutes. Then add boiled milk powder in it.




4.And boil it then add Chiku paste and mix well then add rosted chopped dry fruit boil for 2 minutes then become thick. Then add 1 tsp cardamom powder mix well




5.Now our healthy tasty delicious Chiku dry fruit basundi is ready transferred to a serving bowl and decorate with chopped dry fruit and cardamom powder and serve it.
